The process is simple, quick, and completely painless. First, you’ll choose a chain you love, and a jeweler will custom-fit it to your wrist for the perfect, comfortable length. A small protective pad is placed on your skin for safety, and then the chain is gently welded closed using a precise jewelry welder. It takes just a second—a quick zap—and you’re done. You’ll only notice a brief flash of light, and you’ll walk away with a piece meant to stay with you.
How Long Does Permanent Jewelry Last?
Permanent jewelry is meant to hold up against daily wear-and-tear. It is easy to clean, polish and maintain. With proper care, it can stay in place for years. However, it isn’t invincible. Take care not to damage your fine jewelry by scratching, stretching or hitting it against anything.
If your jewelry breaks before you’re done wearing it, bring it to a local jeweler. In many cases, it can be rewelded.
Will it tarnish?
Our 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chains are designed to be worn everyday and are water resistant. However, like all jewelry, they may need a quick polish now and then.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! This isn't something pierced into your skin like some would think. We are welding the chain to itself. The spark only touches the metal, not your skin. It's completely painless and safe.
What happens if it falls of, breaks or need to remove?
We back our product with a 100% guarantee. In rare cases 1 out of 100 might have an issue where the chain breaks. If so, please contact us for a free reweld. If you need to remove it, you can simple cut with scissors at the weld point.

Do I Need To Make An Appointment?
Appointments are always welcome, although not required. Though the process only takes a few minutes, it requires care and attention. If you book ahead of time, we will make sure that we have staff available to accommodate you without a wait.
